【摘要】 目的: 制定2001～2005年北京市妇幼保健机构执业医师发展规划。方法: 以1996～2000年数据为基础,使用平均发展速度法进行预测。结果: 2005年北京妇幼医师配置总数的上、下限分为1 678和1 101人,各区县妇幼医师数依据不同情况有所差异。结论: 到2005年北京市妇幼执业医师数在原有基础应有所增加,需要适当加强人力资源的配置力度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Absrtact: Objective: To map out the development plan for the practitioners of maternity and children carein 2001～2005 in Beijing area. Methods: According to the past development of practitioners of maternityand children care, the annual growth rate, method was employed for the planning of practitioners inthe next five-year period. Results: The number of practitioners of maternity and children care will be1 101-1 678 by 2005 in Beijing area. Conclusions: The number of the practitioners of maternity andchildren care should be increased and the resources allocation in this field should be strengthened.更多还原
