【摘要】 目的　探讨 β catenin异常表达在大肠癌发生、发展中的意义及其与临床病理参数之间的关系。方法　应用免疫组织化学SABC法检测 β catenin在大肠癌中的表达情况。结果　 β catenin在大肠癌中异常表达率为 87.8% ,显著高于癌旁组织中的异常表达率 9.8% (P <0 .0 5 ) ,“正常”组织中无异常表达。高、中分化癌的β catenin异常表达率分别为 6 9.2 %和 88.2 % ,明显低于低分化癌 (P <0 .0 5 )。β catenin在淋巴结阳性组的异常表达率为97.7% ,明显高于淋巴结阴性组的异常表达率 76 .3% (P <0 .0 5 )。β catenin在A +B期的异常表达率为 76 .9% ,明显低于其在C +D期的异常表达率 97.7% (P <0 .0 5 ) ;β catenin异常表达与患者的年龄、性别及肿瘤的大小无关 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论　β catenin表达异常在大肠癌的发生发展中起重要作用。检测 β catenin在大肠癌中的表达情况对判断其生物学行为及患者的预后有一定的价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the abnormal expression and significance of β-catenin in colorectal carcinomas and their relation to clinical pathological parameters. Methods The expression of β-catenin was detected in 82 cases of colorectal carcinomas ?40 cases of cancer-adjacent tissue and 20 cases of normal tissues by SABC immunohistochemistry. Results The abnormal expression rate of β-catenin was 87.8%, which was apparently higher than that in cancer-adjacent tissue(P<0.05) by 9.8%. No abnormal expression of β-catenin was found in normal tissue. The abnormal expression rate of β-catenin was correlated with the degree of differentiation?lymph node metastases and Dukes staging, not correlated with the aging?sex of the patient and the size of the tumor(P>0.05). Conclusion The abnomal expression of β-catenin play an important role in carcinogenesis and progression in colorectal carcinoma. The detection of the expression of β-catenin in colorectal carcinomas is valuable for evaluating the biological behavior of colorectal carcinomas.更多还原
