【摘要】 目的　探讨甲硝唑与乙酰螺旋霉素混合粉剂在治疗坏死性牙髓炎、根尖周炎中的临床效果。方法　对 110例需作根管治疗的患牙应用甲硝唑与乙酰螺旋霉素混合剂棉捻消毒根管 ,其中一次封药可完成根充者 85例 ( 77.2 7% ) ;对 13 5例需作根管治疗的患牙应用酚类棉捻消毒根管 ,其中一次封药完成根充者 2 4例 ( 17.78% )。对 70例牙髓病、根尖周病患者经根管预备后 ,将甲硝唑与乙酰螺旋霉素调和成糊状 ,导入根管作药物根管充填 (空管治疗 ) ;对 75例牙髓病 ,根尖病患者经根管预备后 ,应用根充糊剂作根管充填。结果　经两年多的随防 ,前者有效率为 97.14 % ,后者有效率为 95 .99%。结论　观察表明甲硝唑与乙酰螺旋霉素混合粉剂作根管和髓腔消毒以及作药物根管充填是一种有效的治疗手段。更多还原

【Abstract】 objective\ The clinical observation of therapeutic effect on necrosis pulpitis and peridnntitis with Metronidazolum and Acetylspiramycinum powder. Methods\ Among 110 patients treated by disinfecting the root canal with the medicated gauze of the mixture,85 patients(77.27%) were cured only once, but by disinfecting the root canal with the medicated gauze of phenol,only 24 of 135 patients(17.78%) were cured. We mixed Metronidazolum with Acetylspiramycinum into mush ,and then had it filled into the prepared root canal. Result\ 68 of 70 patients with pulpitis and peridentitis(97.14%) were found to be cured,followed up for two years. Conclusion\ The mixed power of Metroidazolum and Acetylspiramycinum has a good effect when used in the treatment of root canal.更多还原
