【摘要】 目的　探讨中西药物治疗对口腔扁平苔藓 (OLP)患者血清超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)和脂质过氧化物 (LPO)水平变化的关系。方法　应用中西药物治疗OLP一疗程 ,观察其疗效 ,并测定治疗前后血清SOD和LPO水平的变化。结果　临床总有效率为 76.19% ,痊愈率为 3 8.10 %。治疗前血清SOD和LPO与正常对照组比较 ,差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 0 1) ;治疗后SOD水平显著升高 ,LOP水平下降明显 ,与正常对照组比较 ,差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论　中西药物治疗OLP临床疗效较好 ,可能与提高SOD水平 ,降低LPO水平有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective\ To investigate the cure effect of the therapy integrated with traditional chinese medication on oral lichen planus(OLP) and to observe the changes of serum superoxide dismutase (SOD) and lipid peroxide levels(LPO) levels before and after treatment. Methods\ 42 patients with OLP were treated with the integrated therapy , and their serum SOD and LPO levels were measured with radioimmunoassay before and after treatment. Results\ The overall effectiveness was 76.19% and cure rate was 38.10%. Serum SOD levels were found significantly lower and LPO levels were significantly higher in OLP patients before the treatment than those in healthy controls(P<0.001), while after treatment, the SOD levels increased and LPO levels decreased significantly in OLP patients, and no significant difference were found as compared with healthy controls (P>0.05). Conclusion\ The good cure effect of the integrated thereapy on OLP may be related to the increased level of SOD and decreased level of LPO.更多还原
