相变光存储研究的新进展
NEW DEVELOPMENT IN PHASE-CHANGE OPTICAL STORAGE
【摘要】 光存储朝着高密度、大容量、高数据传输速率、多功能方向发展。可擦重写相变光存储介质和技术吸引着越来越多研究者的兴趣。本文主要综述了相变光存储原理、材料性能改进和高密度相变存储技术方面的现状和新进展
【Abstract】 Optical storage is developing towards high density,large capacity, high data-transfer rate and multifunctional usage. Among the others, phase-change materials and technology have been attracting more and more interest because of their successful application in rewritable optical storage. In the present article, the state-of-the-art and new development in phase-change optical storage are reviewed including the principle, the improvement in the performance of the materials and the technology for high density storage.
