高光强激发下Er3+/Yb3+共掺TiBa玻璃的绿光上转换发光
Up-conversion green emission of Er3+ / Yb3+-codoped TiBa glass under high light intensity excitation
【摘要】 制备了Er3+ Yb3+ 共掺微米级高折射率TiBa玻璃颗粒和微球 ,玻璃基材主要成分为TiO2 BaCO3 Ba(NO3) 2 CaCO3 SiO2 等 ,掺入 1mol%Er2 O3+3mol%Yb2 O3.用 976nm激光激发测量了它们的上转换绿光发射 ,发现当抽运功率大于 30mW(功率密度约为 10 0 0W·cm- 2 )时 ,5 2 4nm峰的强度大于 5 4 7nm峰的强度 ,随功率的增大 ,其强度差越来越大 ,实验判断 ,这是由于材料吸收抽运光而升温所致
【Abstract】 The TiBa glass codoped with Er 3+ and Yb 3+ for up conversion emission were designed. The components of the glass sample is 25TiO 2 27BaCO 3 8Ba(NO 3) 2 6ZnO 2 9CaCO 3 5H 3BO 3 10SiO 2 10water glass (wt.%),and 1mol%Er 2O 3+3mol%Yb 2O 3. When the pump power is above 30mW (light intensity about 1000W·cm -2 ) the luminescence intensity of 524nm emission is stronger than the luminescence intensity of 547nm emission. We propose that the reason is that the population of electrons in 2H 11/2 and 4S 3/2 has changed with the increase of the temperature of materials.
