高硼钢中B与Fe作用的超精细结构研究
A study of hyperfine structure of B and Fe interaction in high-boron steel
【摘要】 采用真空感应熔炼的方法制备出含B量为 0 .15 %— 0 .5 5 %的低合金钢 .通过X射线衍射技术和穆斯堡尔谱分析技术 ,研究了其中B与Fe元素作用的微结构 .确定了穆斯堡尔谱的基本参量———化学位移 (IS)、四极分裂 (QS)、内磁场 (Hhf)随高硼钢成分变化的规律 .研究结果表明 ,B元素少部分固溶在α Fe中 ,大部分与Fe形成Fe2 B和FeB .分析了B和Fe原子核外电子结构的变化特征及超精细结构变化的原因
【Abstract】 The low alloyed steels wth boron content varying from 0.15% to 0.55% are produced by means of the vaccum induction melting method. The microstructure of B and Fe element interaction is studied on the basis of x\|ray diffraction and Mossbauer spectra analysis. We discover that the basic parameter of the Müssbauer spectra—Isomer shift, quadrupole splitting and hyperfine magnetic field change with the composition of the high B steel. Experimental results show that a little B element is solid\|soluted in α Fe and most of the B element form Fe 2B and FeB compounds. The features of how B and Fe change and the reasons for the change in the hyperfine structure have been analyzed.
