常压和高压合成MgB2的低温比热及两个超导能隙研究
Study on specific heat and two energy gaps of MgB2 samplesprepared by ambient pressure and high pressure
【摘要】 测量了常压和高压合成MgB2 超导样品 6K— 80K的比热 ,并在数据拟合中考虑了爱因斯坦振动模的贡献 ,得到其电子比热数据 .解释了超声测量得到的德拜温度和低温比热拟合结果之间的巨大差异 .并且在 12K附近观察到了异常的电子比热 ,此异常来源于MgB2 的第二个能隙 .此外 ,对高压和常压合成对样品的影响做了初步分析 .
【Abstract】 Specific heat of MgB 2 prepared by ambient pressure and high pressure has been measured in temperature range from 6K to 80K.The electron contribution to the specific heat is investigated by considering Einstein mode.A large difference between Dybye temperatures obtained by ultrasonic measurement and fitting of low-temperature specific heat is interpreted.An anomaly of electronic specific heat is observed at 12K,which can be attributed to the second energy gap of MgB 2.The effect from different sample preparation methods,i.e. ambient pressure and high pressure,is primarily discussed.
