热轧后冷却方式对低合金白口铸铁硬度及冲击韧性的影响
Influence of Cooling Mode After Hot Rolling on Hardness and Impact Toughness of White Cast Iron With 10W Alloys
【摘要】 研究了40%热轧后的冷却方式对低合金白口铸铁硬度及冲击韧性的影响,结果表明:热变形低合金白口铸铁硬度及冲击韧性与其组织之间有良好的对应,当热轧后风冷时,该材料的硬度及冲击韧性最佳。
【Abstract】 The influence of cooling mode after 40 % hot rolling on hardness and impact toughness of white cast iron with 10W alloys has been studied in the paper, the results show that the hardness and impact toughness of hot deformed white cast iron with 10W alloys is consistent with its relative structure, and the hardness and impact toughness of white cast iron with 10W alloys fan - cooled after hot rolling are optimum,,
