【摘要】 目的　在分子水平上了解原发性输尿管癌生长、发展的机制。方法　应用免疫组化技术 -两步法 ,测定 2 6例原发性输尿管癌组织的血管内皮生长因子 (Vascularendothelialgrowthfactor,VEGF)表达。结果　 2 6例肿瘤组织中VEGF阳性表达 16例 (6 1 5 4% ) ,显著高于正常输尿管组织及输尿管息肉 (P <0 0 1)。VEGF在原发性输尿管癌中的表达 ,Ⅲ级高于Ⅰ、Ⅱ级 (P <0 0 5 ) ,T3 以上高于T2 以下 (P <0 0 5 )。VEGF阳性组术后 5a复发率明显高于阴性组 (P <0 0 1) ,5a生存率明显低于阴性组 (P <0 0 5 )。结论　VEGF蛋白表达与原发性输尿管癌的临床分期、病理分级及患者的预后相关更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression and significance of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in primary ureteral carcinoma.Methods VEGF protein expression was examined by using immunohistochemical staining in 26 cases of primary ureteral carcinoma.Results Positive VEGF expression was achieved in 61.54%(16/26) patients with primary ureteral carcinoma.It was significantly higher in primary ureteral carcinoma than in ureteral polyp and normal ureteral tissues (P<0.01),and also significantly higher in G 3 than in G 1-G 2,and in T 3 than in T 1-T 2,respectively (P<0.05).The 5 year survival was significantly lower in the patiens with posive expression of VEGF than in those with negative expression (P<0.05).Conclusions Expression of VEGF is related to clinical stagies and pathogical grades of primary ureteral carcinoma.The 5 year survival is lower in the patients with posive expression of VEGF.更多还原
