【摘要】 毛矾石矿是新疆特有的矿产资源 ,有效成分是天然硫酸铝 ,可直接用水浸出生产硫酸铝 ,与传统的硫酸铝生产工艺完全不同。由于矿石中铁含量高 ,且为可溶性铁 ,实验证实 ,在浸出过程严格控制浸出条件 ,应用“选择性溶解法” ,限制铁的浸出率 ,生产出符合国家标准的水处理剂硫酸铝 ,工艺简单 ,成本低。在流程中增加除铁工艺 ,用沉淀法除铁 ,可产出符合国家标准的工业硫酸铝一等品。更多还原

【Abstract】 Alum stone is the special local mineral resources in Xinjiang.Its available mineral component is natural aluminium sulfate which can be leached out by water.This process is different from traditional process for its low cost and simple technology.For iron is not only relatively concentrated but also soluble in water,it is necessary to control process in optimum condition strictly and apply"selective dissolving"to limit iron being leached.The experiment identified that the process is available to produce first-grade product of aluminium sulfate according to national standard of water treatment chemicals adding the process of iron removing by precipitation.更多还原
