利用硫铁矿烧渣制备高纯氧化铁工艺研究
STUDY OF PROCESS FOR PREPARING HIGH PURITY Fe2O3 FROM PYRITE DREGS.
【摘要】 研究了用硫酸分解硫铁矿渣的原理和方法 ,详细讨论了酸解反应及高纯氧化铁制备工艺条件及影响因素。烧渣中的氧化铁分解率高达 95 5 % ,产品氧化铁纯度达 99 5 6 %
【Abstract】 The principle and approach of resolve pyrite dregs by sulphuric acid are studied.The acidification reaction and the technology condition and the effecting factors of producing high pure ferric oxide are discussed in detail.The decomposition rate of ferric oxide in the dregs is up to 95.5%,and the purity of ferric oxide in the product can reach to 99.56%.
