S42WD61的原理与应用
Principle and Application of S42WD61
【摘要】 Ｓ４２ＷＤ６１是由Ｓｕｍｍｉｔ 公司生产的具有看门狗和２Ｋ字节的串行 Ｅ２ＰＲＯＭ 的双电压监控芯片。本文介绍了 Ｓ４２ＷＤ６１ 的特点，工作原理以及与ＡＴ８９Ｃ５２的接口电路，最后给出应用程序。
【Abstract】 The S42WD61 is a dual voltage supervisory chip with watchdog and 2K bytes of serial E2PROM produced by Summit Microelectronics,INC. This paper introduces the features,working principle,the interface circuit with AT89C52 and the application program.
