【Abstract】 ID3 is the key algorithm of decision tree learning. For this reason, presented the expressing method of decision tree and an optimized decision tree learning algorithm of ID3, especially explained how to select the regulation of decision attribution. Through an instance, the paper showed the procedure of selecting the decision attribution in detail at the first time, as well as discussed the algorithm.
