【摘要】 目的 :观察卡马西平对纳洛酮诱发的吗啡依赖小鼠戒断症状的作用。方法 :皮下注射吗啡 7天 ,建立小鼠吗啡依赖模型。纳洛酮催瘾前 30分钟 ,分组灌胃不同药物 ,观察小鼠戒断反应。结果 :卡马西平(15 0 mg· kg- 1 )及可乐定 (0 .2 4 m g· kg- 1 )能明显降低小鼠跳跃次数 ,减轻体重下降趋势 ,与阴性对照组比较差异有显著意义 ;对腹泻症状也有缓解作用。结论 :单用卡马西平能有效控制纳洛酮诱发的小鼠戒断症状 ,效果与可乐定相似更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the effects of carbamazepine on the naloxone evoked withdrawal syndrome in morphine dependent mice. Methods: S.c morphine(Mor) 7 days to establish Mor dependent mice model, i.g treatment drugs 30min before i.p naloxone(Nal) 5 mg·kg -1 . Observe the withdrawal syndrome. Results: Carbamazepine 150 mg·kg -1 and clonidine 0.24 mg·kg -1 significantly reduce the jumping number and inhibit the body weight lose of the mice, and improve the diarrhea syndrome. Conclusion: Carbamazepine can effectively inhibit the naloxone evoked withdrawal syndrome of morphine dependent mice, just like the effects of clonidine.更多还原
