【Abstract】 The Science & Technology (S & T) policy system is studied from the viewpoint of systematology and it is pointed out that the S & T policy system should feature the following aspects: 1 The system and environment should coexist and adapt to each other; 2 The architecture of this system should be clear and have a harmonious entity; 3 The feedback control theory should be applied to this system; 4 This system should be open and dynamic, and therefore able to evolve continuously; 5 The concerned variables should be analyzed, which will help improve this system.更多还原
