企业关键产品的选择模型及实证分析
A Case Study and a Model of Choice for Enterprises’ Key Products
【摘要】 在界定企业关键产品内涵的基础上,给出了企业关键产品的评价指标和选择模型。并对某企业17类产品的销售收入、产品利润、利润增长率、技术水平和产品所处寿命周期阶段等指标,运用非线性熵值选择模型计算出企业各产品的综合指数,找出了该企业的关键产品,为企业的管理和决策服务。
【Abstract】 Based on defining the concept of an enterprises’ key products, this paper establishes an evaluation index for an enterprises’key products and its model of choice. According to the indexes of each product like sales income, product profit, rate of increase of profit, technology level and the period of product during its life cycle etc., a non-linear entropy model of choice is used to calculate the synthetic benefit index of each product. This process could serve as a guide to determine the key products in an enterprise and also be helpful for management and decision making work.
