【Abstract】 Referring to how to build up a teachers team in universities with great stuff, this paper points out that the scientific management for the talent resources should be released from the traditional mentality mode,pay more attention to introducion promotion and competition systems and,allowit free transfer of teachers. It should be accepted that the socialization of the talent resources is both the requirement for the reform and development of our society and the demands of the time. According to this, the paper discusses the causes,the conditions and the corresponding measures of the reasonable transfer of the teacher resources in universities.更多还原
