新卟啉试剂的合成及表征
The synthesis and characterization of new porphyrin reagents
【摘要】 以苯胺或取代苯胺为原料 ,合成了新的卟啉类试剂 -喹啉卟啉 .在丙酸 -乙酸酐介质中 ,喹啉醛与吡咯环化缩合生成喹啉卟啉 ;在氯仿介质中 ,喹啉卟啉与碘甲烷的碘甲基化反应形成 N—甲基衍生物 .利用柱色谱对产品进行了提纯 ,采用红外光谱及元素分析对产品进行了表征 ,证实了喹啉合成的正确性 .分别测定了水溶性喹啉卟啉的 Ka1及 Ka2 .该类试剂合成产率高 ,对铜 ,锌等元素的分析有良好的选择性 .
【Abstract】 A method for the synthesis of quinolinylporphyrins has been presented. The quinolinylporphyrins were prepared by cyclocondensation of quinolinylcarboxaldehyde with pyrrole in EtCO 2H containing Ac 2O followed by chromatography to remove byproducts.Methylation of iodine by MeI in CHCl 3 give the N-Me derivatives.The products were characterized by IR and element analysis.The Ka 1 and Ka 2 of the reagents have been determined by spectrophotometry. This kind of reagent has high yield and good selectivity for analysis of zinc and copper iore.
