聚苯撑共聚物的合成与表征(英文)
Synthesis and characterization of polyphenylene copolymer composed of p-phenylene and m-phenylene units
【摘要】 研究了在不同条件下以 Ni Cl2 (bpy)为催化剂的对二溴苯与间二溴苯间的共缩聚反应 .利用该反应可以合成出数均分子量为 2 40 0的一系列共聚物 ,而且部分试样在有机溶剂中具有良好的溶解性 .红外光谱和紫外光谱分析表明 :在共聚物中存在着对苯撑与间苯撑结构单元 .DSC、TGA和 X ray分析表明 :随着共聚物中间苯撑结构单元的增加 ,聚苯撑共聚物的玻璃化转移温度、粘流温度和结晶度降低 .共聚物的四氢呋喃溶液的荧光光谱分析表明 :发射光谱的最大值处于 3 73~ 3 76nm处 .而同一试样的膜 ,该值位移到 40 5~ 43 6nm处 .
【Abstract】 NiCl 2 (bpy) catalyzed polycondensation between pdibromobenzene and mdibromobenzene has been carried out under various conditions. Using the polycondensation, a series of copolymers with an M n of 2400 (by GPC, polystyrene standards) was formed and some samples have good solubility in organic solvents. The IR spectra, UV spectra measured in a THF solution of the copolymer show that there are pphenyl and mphenyl units in copolymer. According to analysis of DSC, TGA and Xray, with the increase of molar ratio of mphenyl units in the copolymer the glass transfer temperature, temperature of viscous flow and crystallizability of polyphenylene copolymer are decreased, The fluorescence spectra of the copolymer measured in a THF solution show an emission maximum at 373 ~ 376 nm, while for the film the maximum is shift to 436.6 nm.
