硫铝酸盐矿物的电热-微波二次快速烧成

【摘要】 采用电预热然后用微波加热二次加热方法 ,快速烧成了 Ca4 Al6 SO1 6 ,Ca3Sr Al6 SO1 6 ,Ca3Ba Al6 SO1 6 等硫铝酸盐矿物。电预热温度 12 0 0~ 130 0℃ ,然后在微波炉中加热 1min30 s~ 2 min,试样 f- Ca O值可降至 0。 3种矿物中Ca4 Al6 SO1 6 最容易烧成 ,Ca3Sr Al6 SO1 6 最难烧成。掺入 Fe2 O3、Cr2 O3、Mn O2 等外加剂能促进硫铝酸盐矿物的烧成。XRD分析表明 ,烧成矿物的衍射峰特征与常规烧成的矿物一致

【Abstract】 When raw materials were preheated to 1 200~1 300 ℃ by electricity conventionally, microwave were inputted for 1.5~2 minutes and then Ca 4Al 6SO 16 ,Ca 3SrAl 6SO 16 ,Ca 3BaAl 6SO 16 were obtained quickly. The f CaO contents were decreased to 0. In these three minerals,Ca 4Al 6SO 16 is the easiest to obtained and Ca 3SrAl 6SO 16 is the most difficult to obtained. Fe 2O 3?Cr 2O 3?MnO 2 contributed to sulfo aluminate minerals clinkering. XRD patterns showed that the diffraction peaks of minerals are the same as that heated by conventional process.
