SrAl2O4:Eu2+,Dy3+光致发光釉的研究
Research on SrAl2O4:Eu2+,Dy3+ Photoluminescence Glazes
【摘要】 利用SrAl2O4:Eu2+,Dy3+长余辉光致发光粉体 ,在陶瓷坯体上制备了釉面平整光滑的长余辉光致发光釉 ;通过比较 SrAl2O4:Eu2+,Dy3+粉体和光致发光釉的激发光谱和发光光谱以及结构分析表明 ,该发光釉保持了 Sr Al2 O4:Eu2 +,Dy3 +发光材料的发光特性 ,其发射峰是中心位于 5 2 0 nm的宽带光谱 ;研究了釉料不同组成对发光釉性能的影响及 Sr Al2 O4:Eu2 +,Dy3 +粉体的不同含量对光致发光釉发光亮度和余辉时间的影响 ,获得了釉面发光亮度高、余辉时间长的最佳配方
【Abstract】 The persistent phosphorescence photoluminescence glaze on the ceramic surface was prepared by using SrAl 2O 4:Eu 2+ ,Dy 3+ phosphor.The study on the excitation and emission spectra of SrAl 2O 4:Eu 2+ ,Dy 3+ luminescence glaze indicated that the glaze maintained the phosphorescence properties of SrAl 2O 4:Eu 2+ ,Dy 3+ phosphor and exhibited broad band emission spectrum peaking at 520 nm. Effects of the different SrAl 2O 4:Eu 2+ ,Dy 3+ phosphor concentrations and glaze compositions on the luminescence brightness and persistence of the photoluminescence glazes were studied.Through experiment the luminescence glaze with high brightness and long persistent phosphorescence were obtained.
