球磨对放电等离子烧结TiB2陶瓷的影响
The Influence of Ball Milling on Spark Plasma Sintering TiB2 Ceramic
【摘要】 研究了不同球磨处理工艺获得的 Ti B2 粉末的物相及颗粒形貌 ,不同的原始粉末对 SPS烧结效果产生不同的影响。研究结果表明 :球料比 (5∶ 1)、球磨 8h的 Ti B2 粉末具有最好的烧结效果 ,其 SPS烧结温度为 170 0℃ ,比热压烧结纯 Ti B2 低 10 0℃左右 ;烧结体的相对密度达到 99%以上 ,平均粒径约为 5μm ,与低温液相热压烧结相当
【Abstract】 The phases and morphology of TiB 2 powder treated by different ball milling condition have been investigated in this paper. The results indicate that the different powder states will result in different SPS effect. The condition with 5 to 1 ball/powder ratio and 8 h sintering time has best sintering effect for TiB 2 powder. At this condition, the sintering temperature is 1 700 ℃ which is 100 ℃ lower than hot pressing sintering. The SPS result of 99% relative density and 5 μm average grain size can compare with liquid phase sintering at lower temperature.
