【Abstract】 The status of research on the preparation and application to the optoelectrical devices of new style optical thin films has been reviewed. We also summarized the new features and its problems to be studied of such thin films, such as thin films for high power laser, diamond and diamond like carbon (DLC) films, soft X ray films, solar selectively absorbing films and thin films for optical communication. Some prospects for the development of optical thin films have also been forecasted.更多还原
