【Abstract】 After selection and continual subculture, a steady, persistently infected cell model of porcine kidney cell line (PK-15) infected by a field heavy strain of virulent CSFV22 is established and thereby obtaining the CSFV22-PK15 strain persistently infected by CSFV22. Furthermore, we study the fundamental characteristics of persistently infected virus in the CSFV22-PK15 strain by means of immunofluorescence assay, RT-PCR, Transmission electron microscopy and flow cytometry.
