环状碳酸酯单体的合成及其聚合
Synthesis and Polymerization of Six-Membered Carbonate
【摘要】 以苯甲醛 ,对甲基苯甲醛或对甲氧基苯甲醛对季戊四醇进行保护 ,制得 3种双羟基保护二醇 ,该二醇分别与氯甲酸乙酯反应 ,合成了 3种新的环状碳酸酯单体 9\|苯基 2 ,4,8,10 四氧螺 [5 ,5 ]十一烷 3 酮 ,9 对甲苯基 2 ,4,8,10 四氧螺 [5 ,5 ]十一烷 3 酮和 9 对甲氧苯基 2 ,4,8,10 四氧螺 [5 ,5 ]十一烷 3 酮 .化合物结构均经FTIR ,1HNMR表征 .以三异丁氧基铝为催化剂 ,单体 /催化剂摩尔浓度比为 10 0 ,反应时间 16h ,在 190℃或 2 10℃下本体开环聚合 ,对它们的开环聚合进行了初步的研究 .实验结果表明 ,取代基对环状单体的开环聚合反应有一定影响 .
【Abstract】 six-membered cyclic carbonates 9- phenyl- 2,4,8,10- tetraoxaspiro- undecane - 3- one, 9- (p-methyl)-phenyl- 2,4,8,10- tetraoxaspiro- undecane - 3- one, 9- (p-methoxy)-phenyl- 2,4,8,10- tetraoxaspiro- undecane - 3- one were synthesized from the diol of pentaerythritol and ethyl chloroformate. The monomers obtained were characterized by FTIR, 1HNMR. The three cyclic carbonate monomers were ring-opening polymerized in bulk in the case of the catalyst Al(O iBu) 3, monomer-to-catalyst ratio of 100 and reaction time of 16 hours. The results showed that substituent group has effect on polymerization of the six-membered cyclic carbonates.
