苯并四酰胺大环配体合成方法的改进
Improvement to The Syntheses of Benzo-Tetraamidemacrocyclic Ligand
【摘要】 用 1,2 双 (2 溴 2 甲基丙酰氨基 )苯与叠氮化钠反应后 ,再用 (NH4) 2 S在常温常压下还原 ,得到 1,2 双(2 氨基 2 甲基丙酰氨基 )苯 ,改进了在压力釜中用Pd/C催化氢化还原的方法 ,使反应条件和操作简单易行 ,并避免了反应的危险性 探讨了苯并大环酰胺的关环条件 对反应中间体和大环四酰胺配体经1HNMR ,MS ,IR和元素分析的鉴定 ,证实了它们的结构和组成
【Abstract】 Bis(2\|amino\|2\|methylpropanamido)benzene was synthesized by the reaction of 1,2\|Bis(2\|bromo\|2\|methylpropanamido)benzene and NaN 3 , then reduction of the above intermediate with (NH 4 ) 2S, which improved the reductive method in reference with H 2 in a bomb in presence of Pd/C. The condition and operation of the method are simple and available, avoid the danger of the reaction. The cyclization condition of benzo\|macrocycloamide was studied. The intermediates and macrocyclotetraamide ligand were identified by 1 H NMR, MS, IR and elemental analysis.
