【Abstract】 The professionalism of teachers has been developing side by side with the strengthening of the teachers’ professional accountability while the success of the latter lies much in the establishment of a shared system of accountability and an effective evaluation mechanism so that teachers could undertake relevant accountability to promote the professional growth of the teachers themselves,during the course of their initiative development and educational career.更多还原
