【Abstract】 Mass higher education has been realized in many developed countries. Quality assurance mechanism for higher education is a necessary strategy of developing mass higher education. The article introduces the quality assurance mechanisms of America, England, Australia, New Zealand and Sweden respectively. On this basis it summarized three models of quality assurance: government guiding model, nongovernmental intermediary organization guiding model,and the model of intermediary organization combined with the inner assurance of the higher education institutes. It analyzes the benefits and disadvantages of each model. It also puts forward some suggestions on building quality assurance system in our higher education institute.更多还原
