【Abstract】 The article points out that the necessary trend in culture in American is the combination of mono and multidimensional pattern in inner development and equality dialogic pattern in outer devolopment in the 21 st century, therefore it suggests that getting rid of the stale and taking in the fresh is the ultimate strategy, antecedence of quality is the absolute importance, laying equal stress on the scientific and liberal education is the equation element, equity and equality is the root of subsistence, absorbance of excellence is the growing mechanism in American educational modernization in the 21 st century.更多还原
