【摘要】 为改善鱼雷罐运行状态 ,结合第三炼钢厂 32 0t鱼雷罐在生产实际中存在的问题 ,就引起鱼雷罐粘渣的各相关因素 ,如鱼雷罐铁水装入量、不同品种脱硫剂、鱼雷罐二次受铁、鱼雷罐出铁挡渣以及鱼雷罐运行节奏等进行分析 ,提出控制措施 ,不断完善铁水预处理的工艺状况 ,减轻转炉冶炼压力。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to solve the problems existing in the 320?t torpedo ladle in the actual operation and improve its running conditions the factors closely related to the slag sticking in the ladle such as the charge volume of the hot metal in the ladle,types of desulphurizer used,secondary hot metal charging in the torpedo ladle,slag blocking during the hot metal tapping from the ladle and control on the rhythm of movement for the ladle are analyzed and countermeasures to improve the hot metal pretreatment process and relieve the pressure on the converter refining are put forwards.更多还原
