浅谈高水平蓝球运动员专项意识的培养与形成
Review the Training and Form of Special Consciousness in High Leval Basketball Player
【摘要】 篮球意识在篮球运动员运用各种技术、战术时均起支配行动作用。重视对篮球运动员专项意识的培养 ,即能使每个队员在比赛中发挥出较高的水平 ,又能提高全队的战术配合质量 ,并能推动和促进篮球运动技术水平的提高和发展。
