【Abstract】 Through deeply studying on the present situation of Chinese environmental protection about its market merit, whole strength and current situation of legislation, the opportunity and challenge of joining WTO to Chinese environmental industry, this paper has put forward some countermeasures for Chinese environmental protection to face competition such as perfecting the competitive system of markets to increase market merit, adjusting the structure of environmental protection to strengthen whole market strength, and establishing legal system of environmental protection to keep market functioning.更多还原
