混凝-生物接触氧化处理粉丝生产废水的实验研究
Experimental Study on Wastewater from the Bean Flour Noodle Factory with Coagulation and the Process of Biological Contact and Oxidation
【摘要】 以粉丝厂生产废水为研究对象,首先进行混凝试验,确定回收蛋白的最佳混凝剂为PA2型液体混凝剂,使蛋白回收率由目前部分厂家经过简单沉淀处理的13%提高了五倍到达66%左右,同时测定不同PH值对回收率的影响。通过混凝处理使废水的COD值由10000-12000MG/L下降至1500-2000MG/L。然后,采用生物接触氧化法对混凝处理后的废水进行试验研究,证明该生物处理法的可行性,并对不同水力停留时间下的容积负荷COD的去处率进行测定。
【Abstract】 In this paper, a study on the manufacturing wastewater of bean flour noodle factory has been discussed. At first we find the optimum coagulation for retrieving protein is PA2-model liquid coagulation experiment. The process of coagulation by PA-2can makes the retrieval ratio increase from formal 13% to 66%and make the CODcr concentration descend from 10000-12000mg/l .we also test the effect of ph to protein retrieval ratio. Then the process of biological contact and oxidation is adopted to treat the outlet of the process of coagulation, and shows its applicability. At the same time we test the volume load and the cod remove ratio under different hydraulic retention time.
