【摘要】 分析软件开发过程中项目管理的一些问题,探讨软件项目管理中的人员角色及其职责,以及各种关系的处理及解决策略。

【Abstract】 The paper has pointed out some problems in the development of software, studied the agents and their responsibility in the software project management and how to deal with all kinds of relationships.
