【Abstract】 In recent years, the services offered by community health center didn’ t meet the residents’ demands. The residents preferred the prevention of noncommunicable diseases, the protection of the vulnerable and household medical care. There existed some demands for paid services with reasonable prices, which included all kinds of home - services, regular physical examination and screening for certain diseases.
