【摘要】 居民对社区预防服务的认知会直接影响到社区预防服务的需求和利用。上海市大力推进社区预防服务后,提高了居民对社区预防服务和预防知识的知晓程度。但是,居民对常见传染性疾病的知晓程度偏低;不同地区居民对预防服务的认识差异较大,城郊结合地区居民对常见健康知识的了解偏低,而服务的利用是了解现有服务项目的主要途径。更多还原

【Abstract】 The demand for and utilization of community preventive services are influenced by the residents’ awareness of community preventive services. Community preventive services hare been developed quickly in Shanghai, which promoted the residents’ cognition. However, the cognition of common infectious diseases was relatively low; there was statistically significant difference on the residents’ cognition between urban, suburban and countryside communities; the cognition of common health knowledge in suburban was lowest.
