使用PI控制的超声波电机精密位置控制
Precise Position Control of Ultrasonic Motors Using PI Control
【摘要】 采用 PI对超声波电机 ( U SM)的频率和相位差进行了控制 ,获得了理想的位置控制效果。
【Abstract】 A precise position control of ultrasonic motor using PI control to the frequency and phase difference are proposed in this paper. Results show that fine effect can be achieved.
