【摘要】 目的探讨早期抗抑郁治疗对脑卒中后抑郁患者神经功能康复的影响。方法将６１例脑卒中后抑郁患者随机分为治疗组３１例，对照组３０例。治疗组早期给予抗抑郁治疗，对照组除不用抗抑郁治疗之外其它治疗同治疗组。共同观察８周。结果在治疗第３周末治疗组抑郁症状明显改善，与对照组相比有极显著差异（Ｐ＜０．０１）；但神经功能康复两组无显著差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）。在治疗第８周末治疗组神经功能康复较对照组好，两组比较有极显著差异（Ｐ＜０．０１）。结论早期抗抑郁治疗能促进脑卒中后抑郁患者神经功能的康复。更多还原

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo explore the influence on the rehabilitation of nervous function of anti-depressant therapy in early stage of post-stroke with depression.Method61 patients were randomly divided into two groups,treat group (31 cases)and control group(30 cases).Observing altogether treated 8 weeks.ResultsTreat group clear improvement of depressed symtom after treated in 3 weeks,two groups are compared extremely notable difference(P<0.01).But the nervous function restored to health two groups does not have difference(P>0.05).The restored to health of nervous function in the treat group were better than this in the control group after 8 weeks treatment,and two groups are compared extremely notable difference(P<0.01).ConclusionAnti-depressant therapy in early stage of post-stroke patients with depression can to promote the rehabilitation of nervous function.更多还原
