橡胶室温硫化时间的预测
Anticipation of Curing Time at Ambient Temperature
【摘要】 通过测定不同硫化温度下硫化胶的拉伸性能 ,选定拉断伸长率作为衡量硫化程度的指标 ,计算出了不同硫化温度下的硫化速度。对试验所用的胶料 ,发现硫化温度每升高 1 0℃ ,其硫化速度增加为原来的 1 .65倍。将不同硫化温度下的硫化胶的物理性能进行对比时发现 ,硫化温度不同 ,其物理性能是有差别的。将其拉断伸长率 -硫化时间曲线外推至t=0时 ,其拉断伸长率E°并不相等 ,而是符合一定的数学关系。综合运用这些结论 ,能使室温硫化时间的预测与实际使用效果吻合
【Abstract】 The curing speed at different temperature was calculated by determining the tensile property of the vulcanizate at varied curing temperature and selecting elongation as the index of judging the curing level.It was found that as the curing temperature increased 10℃,the curing speed was 1.65 times that of original.As the curve of elongation-curing time was extrapolated to t=0,the elongation E 0was not equal,but it conformed to some maths relation.The anticipation of curing time at ambient temperature would be identical the practice efficiency as the conclusion was used synthetically.
