结晶器内钢水自旋转搅拌数值模拟与实验研究
Numerical Simulation and Experimetal Study of Self-rotating Stir of Molten Steel in A Mould
【摘要】 本文应用粘性流体力学的基本原理 ,就结晶器内钢水流动、凝固传热和温度场进行了三维耦合数值分析研究。应用作者所开发的能使结晶器内钢水自旋转的“x”形浸入式水口 ,通过对A钢铁公司一炼钢的Q2 35、12MnCu和 16Mn小方坯 (135mm× 135mm和 16 5mm× 16 5mm)工业实验研究 ,证明该方法有利于改善铸坯组织。
【Abstract】 Based on the principle of a viscous hydromechanics, the flow of molten steel, the heat conduction of during solidification and the temperature field in a mould are studied using a three dimension coupling numerical analysis method.Using the "x"shape immersed tap which can make the molten steel stir by itself, through the industry test of small square ingots(135mm×135mm and 165mm×165mm)of Q235,12MnCu and 16Mn in the first steelmaking works of A Steel & Iron Company ,the method is proved to be advantageous to improve the structure of a ingot.
