【摘要】 体育课程改革与发展的新动向主要表现为 :课程目标越来越关注学生身心健康的协调发展 ,课程内容越来越多样化和弹性化 ,课程评价越来越注重学生发展、教师提高和课程完善。随着体育课程改革的深入 ,体育教师的角色势必需要重新定位。为适应体育课程建设的需要 ,一方面要改革体育教育专业的人才培养模式 ,另一方面要加强在职体育教师的继续教育更多还原
