【Abstract】 Applying to legal methods is the main resolution to unavoidable accidents in Campus PE activities. This paper makes a deep analysis into the legal sphere, legal liability and absolutional conditions applied in Campus PE activities on the basis of law and facts. Meanwhile, the paper , after categorizing the examples, makes a detailed analysis on how to bear legal liabilities for different styles of accidents, providing legal supports and effective solutions in the process of dealing with PE accidents for the school authorities .更多还原
