真空蒸发制备ZnTe薄膜性能
THE ZnTe THIN FILM PREPARED BY VACUUM EVAPOVATION
【摘要】 利用真空蒸发技术在玻璃衬底上获得ZnTe薄膜。在室温下利用Zn和Te单质制备ZnTe薄膜成膜困难且性能起伏不定 ,通过对不同工艺条件的比较选择 ,发现在衬底温度大于 90℃时制备的样品是一种性能稳定具有良好光学特性的薄膜。提高衬底温度后 ,ZnTe薄膜具有沿 [0 0 2 ]晶向择优取向 ,并由灰黑色不透明变成砖红色透明 ,透过率在可见光范围内明显升高。
【Abstract】 The ZnTe thin films have been obtained by vacuum evaporation technique on the substrate of glass.The ZnTe films are difficult to obtain at room temperature and have unstable performance.The experiments show that the films have stable property and high transmissvity when the substrate temperature is above 90℃.With the increasing of the substrate temperature,the ZnTe films have preferred orientation along crystal planeand the colour of the films were found to turn from greyish black to reddish brick,their transmissivity become higher in visible spectral range.
