颗粒硅带多晶硅薄膜太阳电池的研制
POLYCRYSTALLINE SILICON THIN FILM SOLAR CELLS ON LOW COST SSP RIBBONS
【摘要】 以工业硅粉为原料制备出颗粒硅带 (SSP) ,对颗粒硅带表面形态进行分析。以SSP为衬底 ,采用快速热化学气相沉积 (RTCVD)法生长多晶硅薄膜 ,并以此制作出效率为 2 93%的颗粒硅带多晶硅薄膜太阳电池 ,这在国内属首先。并报道了对以SSP为衬底的多晶硅薄膜太阳电池的初步研究结果 ,同时讨论了该类电源的结构、工艺特点和改进措施
【Abstract】 The low cost SSP ribons were made from industrial silicon powder.The polycrystalline thin films were grown by Rapid Thermal Chemical Vapor Deposition(RTCVD)on SSP ribbons,and the polycrystalline silicon thin film solar cell on SSP substrate was prepared.The efficiency of the cell reaches 2 93%.The initial research results on this kind of solar cells are presented in this paper,and the structure fabrication technology and improvement methods are also discussed.
