涂覆法制备TiO2薄膜光电极及催化性能研究

【摘要】 用涂覆法制备了 Ti O2 薄膜光电极 ,并对其进行了 XRD和 SEM的表征。以该电极为工作电极 ,铜片为对电极 ,饱和甘汞电极为参比电极 ,建立了三电极光电催化体系 ,研究了此 Ti O2薄膜的光电催化性能以及外加偏压对反应速率的影响。结果表明 :利用涂敷法制备 Ti O2 薄膜电极是一种较好的方法 ;外加偏压可抑制光生电子—空穴的复合 ,提高苯酚的光催化效率 ;外加阳极偏压的光电催化速率优于外加阴极偏压的速率 ;在一定范围内 ,外加阳极偏压越大 ,苯酚的降解速率越快

【Abstract】 Ti/TiO 2 thin film photoelectrode was prepared by coating technique and was characterized by XRD and SEM. The photoelectrochemical system consisted of three electrodes: TiO 2 was working electrode, Cu as the counter electrode and saturated calomel electrode as the reference electrode. The photoelectrocatalytic property of this TiO 2 thin film and effects of the added bias on the reaction rate was studied. The results indicated that the coating technique is a good method for preparing TiO 2 thin film electrode; the added anodic bias could improve the photocatalytic degredation efficiency of phenol; the degredation rate under anodic bias is quicker than that under cathodic bias; and in our research range, the rates of photoelectrocatalysis were increased with the increasing anodic bias.
