【Abstract】 Aiming at the defect of civil selective protection devices for small current system with neutral grounding by electric arc eliminated loop, investigating the difference about zero sequence current between fault line and faultless line ,and consulting the principle of ’current injection’,this paper put forward a principle based on the increment of active compnent of zero sequence current .At the same time ,some advices about the manufacture of device are presented.更多还原
