磁性研磨加工工艺参数的实验研究
Study of Technical Parameters of Magnetic Abrasive Finishing
【摘要】 讨论了影响磁性研磨加工效果的工艺参数。通过实验研究 ,分析了磁感应强度、工作间隙、工件表面与磁极工作表面间的相对运动速度 ,工件表面与磁极工作表面间相对振动的振幅和频率 ,加工时间和前道工序的表面粗糙度值对加工后工件表面粗糙度值的影响状况 ,得出了一些实验数据和曲线。结果表明 ,优化以上参数是提高磁性研磨加工质量的根本保证。
【Abstract】 This paper discusses the technical parameters effecteing on result of magnetic abrasive finishing based on the machining principle. The related data and curves are obtained through changing those technical parameters , including intensity of magnetization, machining gap, relative speed of motion and amplitude and frequency of axial vibrating between work pieces and magnetic pole, surface roughness in the former process. The results indicated that optimization of the technical parameters is of great importance to improve the quality of products.
