增塑剂对充油型硅酮玻璃密封胶性能影响的研究
Study on properties of silicone glazing sealant filled by alkane oil
【摘要】 用氢化烷烃油、低分子量聚丁烯等替代甲基硅油作为增塑剂制备了脱酸型硅酮密封胶样品 ,研究了其拉伸粘结性能、邵氏硬度、常温及高温下的质量变化和体积收缩率。在 30份添加量的条件下 ,虽然增塑剂不同 ,但样品的拉伸强度、邵氏硬度均十分接近。用饱和烷烃增塑剂制备的硅酮密封胶在常温条件下的质量损失和体积收缩较大 ,在 90℃条件下的热失重很大 ,邵氏硬度变化大 ;不能满足通用硅酮建筑密封胶标准的要求。
【Abstract】 The acetoxy silicone sealant is prepared with hydrogenated alkane oil, neutral alkane oil and low molecular polybutylene as plasticizer. The tensile strength, hardness, the weight loss and the volume shrinkage at room temperature and high temperature are studied. It is found that the tensile strength and hardness of each sample with 30 parts of those plasticizers are the same though the palsticizers are different. At room temperature the weight and volume of the silicone sealant prepared with saturated alkane oil as plasticizer change greatly; at 90℃ the weight and the hardness change more greatly; these kinds of silicone sealant can not meet the requirement of normal standard of the silicone sealant for construction.
