【摘要】 试验了硫化活性剂对硅橡胶 /三元乙丙橡胶 (EPDM )共混胶力学性能与发泡效果的影响 ,并对硅橡胶 /EPDM泡沫进行了正交设计试验、回归分析 ,获得了表征橡胶泡沫配方性能的关系式。试验表明 ,硫化活性剂具有提高泡沫材料的力学性能的作用 ,正交试验能够获得大量的试验信息 ,回归关系式具有较高的可信度 (0 .95 ) ,与验证值符合较好。更多还原

【Abstract】 The influence of vulcanizing coagent in the blend of silicone rubber/EPDM on the mechanical properties and blowing effect was studied. The orthogonal design experiment and regression analysis for the test data were carried out, and the relation equation for the foam formulation and properties was gotten. The result showed that the coagent had the effect of improving mechanical properties, orthogonal design experiment could get much information, and the relation formula got a high degree of reliability, having a good accordance with the validating value.更多还原
